I’m a marketing, sales, project management and product development professional with over 20 years’ experience. I have an incredibly curious mind and a diverse background in the property, construction and technology industries throughout Europe, Australia and the UK. I’ve a proven track record of leading large teams and delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders located in diverse geographies.
My passion is for people and having been an entrepreneur for much of my life, I can recognise that spark of creativity in the people I meet. I love nothing more than trying to ignite that spark of creativity. This is one of the aspects of Vleppo I am most proud of. We’ve taken technology and moulded it into something that can be used by people to unlock the value of their creativity.

As the Chief Operating Officer of Vleppo, my role is to take our extremely talented resources, our ambitious vision and our cutting-edge products and deliver outcomes.
I’m relentlessly focused on structure, simplification and streamlining processes. Digital is not just desirable, it's an absolute must when coordinating a high performing team located in over 10 countries.
Connected
Vleppo lives and breathes connectivity and I'm really proud of the relationship we’ve built between our teams. Our approach to digital work practices has served us well, particularly in recent times when we were in the middle of delivering our Contract Management System at the point of the invasion of the Ukraine. We were able to help evacuate our staff and get them out of the country with a minimal impact on our schedule, this is down to our digital work practice, and of course our extraordinary resilient and resourceful team. Our people are the most inspirational individuals and I’m honoured to be able to lead them.
Accessible
I’m a strong believer in fairness and that no matter who you are or where you come from, you should have the same opportunities in life as everyone else. The idea that Vleppo could be used by a freelancer in an emerging market to build their business with the same protection and tools as a professional in the US or Europe is really important to me.
Making lives easier
At the start of Vleppo’s journey, Peter and I heard about a freelancer in Denmark who wasn’t paid for the work they did for a company. The freelancer was a student so being ripped off was especially devastating for them. This was the spark that really focused us on the problem that Vleppo needed to solve, creating technology that would protect ordinary people, empowering them to be able to safely do business without losing huge amounts of their earnings.
